Abstract
Competing Interests

As a result and in the process of identifying and conducting research on the Insight Garden Program, I gained the role of volunteer program co-facilitator, and subsequent to all research data gathering and most analysis, eventually became employed as part-time program manager of the San Quentin instance of this non-profit.
