About GenePattern

GenePattern is an open source genomic analysis platform that provides access to hundreds of tools for the analysis and visualization of gene expression, sequence variation, proteomic, and other data types. Its pipeline environment allows the easy creation of sharable, reproducible integrative genomics analyses. This collection features new analysis modules and pipelines published for the GenePattern environment that are of interest to the genomic research community, as well as major new features of the software.
