About IEEE International Symposium SPCN 2016

2016 IEEE International Symposium on Video and Audio Signal Processing in the Context of Neurotechnologies is organized by The Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations (FASO Russia), Pavlov Institute of Physiology Russian Academy of Sciences, Saint-Petersburg State University for Cinema and Television, Neuroiconic-Neuromechanics Ltd. and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Russia Northwest BT/CE/COM Chapter.

The Symposium provides an international forum where industry, researchers and academia will be able to interact, exchange experiences, share ideas and research results in all areas of Video and Audio Signal Processing in the Context of Neurotechnologies. The symposium offers unique opportunities for all the participants to communicate with experts in the field. The Program offers several keynote lectures given by the world’s leading experts, high level tutorials, as well as panel discussions.

This collection will host posters and slides from the 2016 IEEE International Symposium.
