About this Gateway
The ELIXIR Gateway on F1000Research publishes a range of different outputs, including original research articles, opinion articles, and software tools, among others, as well as documents, posters and slides. Typically, these publications:
The Gateway is open to submissions from researchers affiliated with any of the ELIXIR country Nodes - if you are unsure of your eligibility to submit to the Gateway, please contact the Gateway Advisors for clarification.

- will be about ELIXIR and aspects of its work, such as technical activities and developments, collaborative efforts and achievements, bioinformatics services, country Nodes, and/or
- will have received financial support linked to ELIXIR, e.g. ELIXIR internal projects, research and infrastructure grants, event sponsorship, and/or
- will have received in-kind support from ELIXIR, such as workshop logistics/convening.

Gateway Areas
This Gateway Area allows researchers to publish materials, including both research outputs and posters & slides, related to the annual ELIXIR All Hands event.
This Gateway Area contains white papers published by ELIXIR Communities. A Community white paper outlines the aims of the Community and provides a roadmap for Community activities. It is written and published as part of the ELIXIR Community creation. More information can be found in the ELIXIR Communities handbook.
